Balenciaga quilts the leather here in a single diagonal direction instead of the usual diamond pattern, so the whole bag reads as crushed rather than structured, a slouch built into the design instead of earned through wear. Black calfskin, matte black B logo hardware, twin chain handles doing double duty as both strap and detail. We think the crumpled finish is what keeps this from looking like every other quilted tote, deliberately imperfect where most bags this size aim for polish. Turn-lock closure, zipped interior pocket, roomy enough for actual daily use.
