Louis Vuitton Pleaty denim bag in blue monogram. Washed denim with the monogram worked into the fabric, pleated sides, two rolled honey-toned leather handles and a gold push-lock on a leather tab. Marc Jacobs sent Louis Vuitton denim down the Paris runway for spring 2005, and the Pleaty followed right after. The denim line was all over Mischa Barton and Paris Hilton, which makes this bag pure O.C. era. The original denim line has long left the boutiques. Louis Vuitton brought denim back in recent seasons, with new pieces from around $1,800 to well over $4,000, but collectors keep hunting the 2005 originals, and vintage specialists now ask several thousand dollars for a Pleaty. We think denim is the most fun Louis Vuitton ever made, and the faded wash only adds to it. Y2K never left.
It just got a push-lock.
Every piece is authenticated before it gets a price tag. No exceptions, and no “authenticated” label on some pieces but not others.

Buying pre-loved is the most sustainable way to wear luxury, though we’d be lying if we said that’s why most people walk in. They come for the bag Louis Vuitton stopped making years ago. The planet benefits anyway.
Not everything that comes through our door ends up on this page. We look at construction, condition and whether we’d wear it ourselves. We say no more often than people expect.
We ship worldwide, packed by hand in our Antwerp boutique. Everything here is one of a kind, and sitting in your cart doesn’t hold it. Rather see it in person first? Come by Tuesday through Saturday, 10am to 6pm, or Sunday, 11am to 5pm, and ask for it by name.
