Store information

What are your opening hours?

We’re open Tuesday through Saturday, with slightly longer hours on Saturday:

  • Monday: Closed
  • Tuesday–Friday: 11:00–18:00
  • Saturday: 10:00–18:00
  • Sunday: Closed (except the first Sunday of each month, when we’re open 12:00–17:00)

You’ll find us at Mechelsesteenweg 26, 2018 Antwerp, right in the heart of the city. Street parking can be tight given our central location, but Parking Nationale Bank is a 30-second walk away. Public transport is your easiest bet: tram and bus stops are right around the corner.

Consignment: selling with us

How does consignment work?

Consignment means we sell your items for you. You bring in your pieces, we handle authentication, pricing, photography, and sales. Once an item sells, you get your share after the 14-day return window closes. We pay out once a month via bank transfer.

  • Selling price under €300: You receive 55%
  • Selling price between €300–€2000: You receive 60%
  • Selling price between €2000–€3000: You receive 70%
  • Selling price above €3000: We discuss commission together based on the item

If an item hasn’t sold after the agreed consignment period (typically 3–6 months), you can pick it up, extend the period, or we can donate it on your behalf to a partner charity.

We’re selective. We take designer and luxury pieces in excellent condition, things we’d confidently put our name behind. Seasonal items should come in at the right time (winter coats in autumn, not summer). If you’re unsure you can email or Whatsapp us before coming in.

Shipping & delivery

What are the shipping costs?

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs depend on your destination and the size of your order. They’re calculated automatically at checkout.

Delivery time depends on where you are. We ship within 2 business days of your order. From there:

  • Belgium: 2–3 days
  • Europe: 3–7 days
  • Worldwide: 7–14 days

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Returns & exchanges

Can I return items?

Yes. You have 14 days from the delivery date to return items if they’re not quite right. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition with tags still attached. You’ll get a store credit coupon for the amount paid.

Email us at shop@luxeparel.com with your order number, and we’ll send you return instructions. You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Contact us immediately at shop@luxeparel.com with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a return and issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.

We don’t do direct exchanges, but you can return your original item and place a new order for what you’d prefer. If you’re unsure about sizing or fit, reach out before ordering! We’re happy to provide measurements or styling advice.

Care & maintenance

Do you offer care instructions for items?

Yes. With every purchase, we include a care card with tips on how to maintain your piece. For specific questions about cleaning, storage, or repairs, reach out! We’re happy to point you toward trusted specialists in Antwerp.

We work with trusted craftspeople for leather goods, tailoring, and jewelry repairs. Ask us in-store or via email, and we’ll connect you with the right person.

Gift cards & special services

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes. Gift cards are available both online and in-store, in any amount you choose. They’re valid for one year and can be used for anything in the shop or on the website. The perfect gift for someone with impeccable taste.
