Chanel F/W2017 lurex rib-knit turtleneck sweather

This Chanel F/W2017 turtleneck sweater comes from Karl Lagerfeld’s fall 2017 show. He built a rocket inside the Grand Palais and launched it at the end, countdown and smoke included. Plenty of that runway sparkled, and this sweater got its fair share of the shine. It’s a heavy rib knit with lurex worked all the way through, from the big rolled collar down to the hem. It keeps you as warm as any turtleneck, but it looks a lot more dressed up. We have a real weakness for Chanel knits with a bit of shine in them.
