We start by authenticating your items. Then we talk prices: you know what you paid, we know current market value. We find something fair.

Condition requirements
Clothing and shoes must be in very good condition, without stains, tears or excessive wear. Bags can have a bit of wear. Please ensure clothing is washed and steamed before bringing it in. Original packaging such as dust bags, boxes or certificates can increase resale value.
All consignments are subject to our terms & conditions, which cover insurance, liability, and agreements.
Clothing & shoes: Two months in store, then one month at sale price before pickup.
Bags & accessories: Five months in store, then one month at sale price before pickup.
Minimum consignment period: Everything stays at least one month. If you withdraw an item before the month is up, we charge a €50 fee to cover photography, copywriting, and promotion costs.
Bags & accessories: Email us and we’ll adjust the price.
Clothing & shoes: Price changes happen during seasonal transitions. We reprice the entire stock at once and always contact you before making any changes.
We’ll email you in August (for summer items) or February (for winter items) to arrange pickup. If you don’t collect them by the deadline, we donate them to charity or add them to our stock.
You have access to our consignment software where you can check the status of your items anytime. You’ll receive login details after your first consignment.
